| The department is build up in an area of 5075 Sq. Mt. Well qualified and experienced teachers have been appointed to train the students for the best of the pharmacy profession, with the help of well equipped sophisticated pharmaceutical laboratories. Research activities and publications in various national and international reputed journals are in the process within the department in various fields like ethno pharmacology / Natural product / Noval drug delivery system/ plant physiology various dosage form development. The department have full academic, administrative and financial autonomy. Board of Studies, Academic Council and Executive Council helps in the formulation and implementation of new academic programmes.Every three years the curricula of the programmes are reviewed and revised.12 hrs/week average time spent by a teacher with students (other than research scholars). Teachers update their classroom instruction by attending seminars/conferences and orientation programme at regular interval. They also update themselves by consulting journals through internet and reading the latest books and periodicals |
