The Central Evaluation Building


The University conducts the examination of more than 3.5 lakhs regular students and 1.5 lakhs private students. For expediting the declaration of results, the University has adopted the scheme of central evaluation. A separate building has been constructed for carrying out centralized evaluation of answer books of the candidates of various examinations conducted by the University. The University gets the answer books coded and then get it evaluated under the supervision of senior professors and University officers. The closed circuit TV cameras are setup in the halls to monitor the evaluation work. The mark-sheets are immediately prepared and the mark-sheets are sent to the Computer Centre for declaration of the results.

	The building is well equipped with adequate furniture, and cold water facilities, air cooling etc. The examiners and experts feel comfortable while evaluating answer scripts in the building. This building the capacity of accommodation about 400 examiners at a time. The examiners are paid their TA/DA and remuneration immediately upon completion of the assignment work.
