Kerala Board of Public Examinations is a department functioning under the ministry of secondary and serior secondary education, Government of Kerala. The department is conducting the various Public Examinations such as Secondary School Examination, Senior Secondary School Examination, Diploma in Elementary Education(D.El.Ed), Diploma in Education(D.Ed) SSC and HSC. The Kerala Board of Public Examination gives affiliation to High School and Intermediate Colleges in Kerala State. The SSC (equivalent to 10th) and HSC (equivalent to 12th) examination cunducted by this board is valid in all over india and abroad
